All interested parties are required to put a $250.00 deposit down in order to reserve a puppy. The deposit is directly applied to the price of the puppy. Deposits are UNREFUNDABLE. All puppies are sold with Limited AKC registration and with a spay/neuter contract. Any dog sold on a spay/neuter contract will receive the AKC Limited Registration paperwork only after Kansa Siberians receives veterinary proof of the spay/neuter. Any puppy sold by Kansa Siberians on a spay/neuter contract will be spayed/neutered by (1) one year of age, but preferably not until 8 months of age. All puppies will have their first set of shots, be vet checked, wormed at least 4 times and microchipped before they go home with their new owner.
All puppy/adult buyers will have a two week grace period to adjust to each other. If for any reason the buyer feels that the new puppy/adult is not going to work out in it's new household, they may return the puppy for a full refund minus the deposit. If for any reason after the two week grace period; be it family, health reasons, allergies of the buyer(s) or their children, divorce, moving, birth of a child, or non fulfillment of contractual obligations of buyer(s), etc., the puppy/dog has to be returned to the breeder, whether it be 3 weeks or 10 years after the sale of the puppy/adult. The puppy/dog is to be returned to the breeder with no arguments or expectations. Should the puppy/adult be returned to the breeder for any reason, then this will be done at no expense or cost to the breeder. The buyer(s) will pay any and all actual expenses for the return of this puppy/adult to the breeder's residence. All monies received for placing this puppy/adult in another household will be kept by the breeder.
This puppy/adult is NOT to be given away or sold to anyone. That includes relatives, friends, neighbors, or strangers. If there should be a tragedy of the buyer(s) such as a death or physical inability to care for this puppy/adult, then this puppy/adult is to be immediately turned over to the breeder(s).
